Return and Replacement Procedure:
Return Authorization (RA) number will be e-mailing to your email address after you apply the RA request.
Please describe the problem(s) in detail.
Label the RA# outside the box, include the e-mail we send you and package the goods in resalable
condition and with the original materials.
Please ship using a carrier that provides a tracking number and proof of delivery. We recommend UPS
or FedEx. Liftmanshoes.Com will not be responsible for items lost by the carrier.
When e-mailing for RA status check with your carrier that the package is received by us and provide
order number, RA number and return tracking number. All warranty items will be shipped via FedEx
We pride ourselves on offering the highest quality merchandise. If you are not delighted with your
purchase, you can return the unused shoes in its original condition and shoe box within 30 days for
exchange or refund.
A copy of the Original Receipt is required for all returns.
You need to request an RA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before sending the product back
to us. All returns without RA number will be Refused.
Customer is responsible for paying the shipping charges to send the package to Liftmanshoes.com Inc
For size exchange - Domestic customers: You will have to include $10 payment (Cash, Check, M/O,
Cashier Check) inside your return package for every pair of shoe to reship to you. We ship by UPS
Ground and it is the minimum cost for shipping. We guaranteed do not make profit out of shipping.
International Customers: You will have to pay shipping cost for every pair of shoes to reship to your
address, please email us for the shipping cost you need to pay. We will not mail the shoes to you
without receiving the shipping cost.
Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the refund credit to appear on your statement.
Shipping and Handling cost is not refundable in most cases. To get refund for a Free Shipping item, $7
will be deducted from the total refund amount. It is for the Shipping Cost we have been paid. Any Express
shipping or international shipping is not refundable, no exception.
Special Order Item is not refundable, no exception. Return for replacement only.
Incomplete returns will not be accepted. All returns must be complete with all original accessories, parts
and packaging .
Shoes that have been worn outside or have visible wear in the foot bed are not considered to be in new
condition and will be returned to the customer at his or her cost.
Use a separate shipping box to return your shoes.
A 25% restocking fee will be charged for shoe boxes with shipping tape, address labels, or postage
